Don Quarrie Masterclass: Planning to Achieve Peak Performance

It is safe to say that Don Quarrie is a legend within Athletics. Not only was he an Olympic champion and a successful coach to numerous Olympic champions but he is also a great ambassador for the sport and for his native Jamaica. As a coach he counts Grace Jackson, Bert Cameron and Coby Miller amongst the athletes he has coached to world class performances.
