Before attending the Athletics Leaders Award course potential leaders should first view a selection of task cards that will be used throuhgout the course. If you want printed versions of all this content it can be PURCHASED through the uCoach SHOP!

The task cards have been designed to provide Athletics Leaders with guidance on a variety of run, jump and throw activities suitable for athletes inthe fundamentals and foundation stages of athlete development.

Each card provides the following information:

• An outcome for the activity 
• Lists the equipment required to run the activity
• Provides information on how to set up the activity and maintain safety
• Identifies What to get the athletes to do
• Signposts the Leader to key technical points during the activity
• Progressions or variations to the activity.
